Keeping up with the legacy of innovation at Viraj group, we have consistently been manufacturing over 2000 different patterns in specialty textiles. VIRAJ weaves fine denier from 70D to as coarse as 6000D yarns. We can also weave widths range from 5-300 mm and thickness range from 0.5 to 9.0 mm. Nylon – Polyester – Kevlar® – Nomex® and Textured Nylon are just a few of the many fibers used by VIRAJ to manufacture the highest quality of woven narrow fabrics for “critical use” applications. No substitute is adequate for MIL & PIA spec webbing and tapes where high performance, process control, and complete traceability is required to maintain life support and systems. Viraj continues to meet the demands of the parachute industry by offering both Class 1 (critical use, Shuttle Loom) and Class 1a & Class 2 (critical use, Shuttle less/Needle Loom) material. Since the Parachute Industry Association (PIA) has taken control of the narrow woven fabrics, Viraj offers both Mil-Spec webbing and PIA-Spec webbing.
